Who may use PezaniWanu

PezaniWanu is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, provide accurate account information and comply with applicable law.

We may request proof of age or identity and may restrict an account while verification is pending.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, sell or transfer an account, or allow unauthorized access.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact security@pezaniwanu.com.

What PezaniWanu provides

PezaniWanu helps adults discover and communicate with people for dating, friendship and genuine social connections.

We do not guarantee matches, replies, relationships, marriage or any other particular outcome.

A verification badge confirms only that the stated verification step was completed. It does not guarantee a member's character, honesty, financial position or intentions.

Permission-first communication

PezaniWanu may require a connection or conversation request to be accepted before messaging becomes available.

Accepting a connection is not consent to sexual activity, financial requests, off-platform contact or any other conduct.

Rules of conduct

You must not use PezaniWanu to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, bully or intimidate another person;
• commit fraud, impersonation, romance scams or financial exploitation;
• share another person's private or intimate content without permission;
• engage in sexual exploitation, coercion or trafficking;
• create or distribute prohibited sexual content involving minors;
• send spam, scrape profiles, use malicious automation or interfere with platform security;
• evade a suspension, block or permanent ban.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs, profile information, messages and other content you submit.

You grant PezaniWanu the limited permission required to host, store, display, format and process that content in order to operate, secure and improve the service.

Reporting and moderation

Members may block and report accounts. PezaniWanu may review relevant profile information, messages and activity when needed to investigate reports, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules or protect users.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove accounts or content where appropriate.

Paid features

Some PezaniWanu features may require payment. Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.

Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are presented before purchase and form part of the applicable purchase terms.

Safety and member interactions

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other members. Protect your financial and personal information and review the Safety Centre before meeting someone.

PezaniWanu is not an emergency-response service.

Account closure

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account from Edit Profile under Account Controls.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance or dispute handling.

Service availability

Features may change, undergo maintenance or occasionally become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malawi, subject to any mandatory protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
